Private Tunnel config

Hi Guys,
Bit of a noob question! I have subscribed to private tunnel as a VPN. My questions are if the connection is temporarily lost to VPN whilst trying to re connect, will my ISP see the websites I am trying to access.
Any information on config etc is most appreciated.
