I installed OpenVPN connect on my phone and I use it with my ExpressVPN servers.
I downloaded the configuration files (OPVN) from the ExpressVPN site and imported them into the app.
I can connect to the VPN with no issues (i have to eliminate the fragment portion as it says fragment it not supported), but I have no internet. The username, password, certificates and keys are all in the OPVN file.
Can anyone help me ?

Re: OpenVPN Android - no internet
Using the Windows App, it works like a charm. On Android it doesn't.

Re: OpenVPN Android - no internet
This sounds like the same as the problem I have.
I have OpenVPN Connect on my Samsung phone and can connect easily with my home network (Linksys router) and access devices on my home network.
But whilst connected, my phone looses all other Internet connections. No Internet access via the normal mobile network or Wifi and no access to Internet via the home network.
(The same config file works fine on my PC which when connected remotely to the home network still uses the local connection for general Internet access.)
Is there some routing setup I can add to the config file to ensure only home network access goes via VPN (and normal Internet access locally) or is there a setting on the router to at least provide Internet access via the home network.

Re: OpenVPN Android - no internet
I had this problem earlier today...i did solve it however.
im not sure if you are using tomato firmware but hopefully if your not these options will also be available.
in your openvpn server settings on your router. check and make sure "respond to DNS" and "advertise DNS to clients" are ticked
This is what fixed my connection problems
