If i try to import the file of my sd-card it says "Error Reading profile: file is not UTF8"
But the same file worked fine to set up the connection on my windows xp laptop.
the .p12 certificate file was no problem. It said import succesful but without the ovpn file i cant use it...

No support from the official site for their own software?
I guess I have to stick with 3rd party, they are more responsive....

Just make sure that your profile is valid ascii or UTF-8. The Android and iOS versions of OpenVPN Connect are based on a new core which allows profile strings to use UTF-8, but as a result the profile parser is unable to handle profiles which contain invalid UTF-8 sequences. That might explain why the same profile works on desktop OpenVPN 2.x.
