Can anyone tell me why I am getting this message where it states:
the owner of this website openvpn.net has banned your Ip address.

I have not done anything that I should have been blocked. Any help with this is appreciated.

Due to excessive SPAM, Openvpn.net uses multi-level anti-spam measures.

If your IP address has been banned you should reboot your router and get a new IP address.
