all searches are generate errors

hi, i'm new to this forum, yet i'm not new to the forum community in general. It seems that every search i make returns some sort of error relating to terms or keywords and i don't see any way of circumventing this issue. one of the issues i am having is getting access to the user/password and my inability to connect. i had openvpn about 2 months ago, but lost it after upgrading to windows 8.1. I also lost the ability to connect to the page that had the user/pass listed. so, if there could be any help in this area i'd be grateful. i don't even have a "connect" option. what am i doing wrong??? lol

• duckduckgo.com .. Like so:
  Into duckduckgo's search field enter

  Code: Select all
