I just submitted an email to the webmaster (because it was a 404 error), and I'll duplicate my (and chime in with your) concern here:

Hi. Trying to download OpenVPN-as-2.0-Ubuntu13.amd_64.deb via either clicking on its link on the web page at https://openvpn.net/index.php/access-se ... ily=Ubuntu or with the wget http://swupdate.openvpn.org/as/openvpn- ... amd_64.deb command yields a 404 error. All of the other software packages linked to from that page seem to download just fine. Was the Ubuntu13/amd_64 package pulled due to an error, or is there a better link to try?

It seems the same has happened with the 2.0.2 version of the software. Just waiting for them to post the amd_64 version.
