When doing the steps
build-key clientname1
build-key clientname2
and
build-key-server servername
which parameters (variables) must be specified identical among them
which parameters (variables) must be specified different among them
which parameters (variables) MAY be specified different among them
Also, whatever the answers to the above, is violating one of them why I get
"TEXT_DB error number 2 "
on all cert/key (failed) creations except the first one?
What parameters may be or must be different?

are you sourcing vars script before creating keys?

More interested in this question though...the other problem went away when I changed a few of the answers to the lase questions...but still would like to know the "real rules."
