Is my OpenVPN Access server compromised?

I'm running the OpenVPN-AS server 2.0.10 appliance in a VM (Ubuntu 14).

The server is trying to establish IPsec-IKE sessions to 2 IP addresses - 72.21.209.194 and 72.21.209.226

Is this normal behaviour ? - why is it doing this?
