LDAPS - How to implement with 2 DC's AD

Hi,
I have a running environment with 2 replicated AD DCs that using for centralized authentication for VPNs via LDAP.
I tried a lot to use OpenVPN LDAPS with self-signed certification SSL, but didn't success.
How do I make it work?
Do I need a different cert for each DC?
