Support for IPv6 addresses on tunnels without an IPv4

Hi,
Spent some time trying to work out why we couldn't get only IPv6 addresses to work on our tunnels (using address push).
Turns out the current code doesn't seem to handle this case. So I came up with the attached patch.
Unfortunatly it is required on the client side and I can't control all the clients.
Would it be possible to have it delivered into openvpn ?
