Route specific traffic thru OpenVPN

Hi,
I am using OpenVPN and is working just fine.
I would like to redirect the traffic generated by SQL Server Management Studio thru the VPN in addition to the connections to local network.
I don't want to redirect all traffic thru the VPN connection.
How can be done? It can be done only on the client side?
