STUCK on installation of Client guide... please help im LOST

So I'm doing a install of openVPN for the first time on a Win 7 computer, or any windows OS as a matter of fact. Now for the guide :

This is the guide I'm using and it started ok but on step # 6 I'm so stuck. I enter the commands into the cmd.exe terminal and get errors saying that "vars", "clean-all" are not recognized or something along those lines... am I missing code to enter with these small commands or what? please let me know if you have any idea what would get me further into the installation!
