How to integrate Open AS with OpenOTP

Hi there,
Im trying to integrate OpenVPN AS with OpenOTP for duo-authentication. The duo is successful by Radius between OpenOTP and OpenVPN AS but I have no idea how to manage the access control of user after authentication. How to manage the User/Group Permission after authen, my goal is how to grant specific access of users/groups to a specific network/resources after they authenticated? My OTP based on LDAP for login
