Upgrade windows client download from server

Hi,
Is it possible to upgrade the Windows client offered when logged in to the OpenVPN server?
Now it's running Access Server version: 2.1.4
And the client downloaded offered to clients via the server is:
openvpn-connect-2.1.3.110.msi
The access server is running the latest deb package, but we have had reports that that client that are offered via the server is not working.
But when users download the Windows 2.4.1 client and import the .ovpn it works.
So I'm trying to figure out how we can switch to a newer client to be offered by the server.
Is it possible?
