Hello everyone,
We are running OpenVPn Access Server version 2.1.4 on Ubuntu 14 (on vmware) which we just upgraded from 2.0.12.
We want to force SSL to allow TLS1.2 as the minimum which will require all our users to upgrade their client software - if there a way to push/force the upgrade? (same was as Cisco AnyConnect)
Thanks!
Is there a way to force users to upgrade their client?

Re: Is there a way to force users to upgrade their client?
Hello,
Have you tried the host checker postauth script function? With some minor modifications to the appver.txt file and postauth script it should work. This will not automatically update the client but it will not allow the client to login and connect to the VPN until they upgrade.
This is a good idea - I am going to try it out, I will post my results.
