openvpn 2.3.4 Build Error

Hey all,
I'm having problem with Open VPN 2.3.4 when trying to build from msvc-build.bat.
I have tried all possible solution that I have found online but nothing works.

"ERROR: Cannot determine the location of the VS Common Tools folder.
'vcbuild' is not recognized as an internal or external command, operable program or batch file."

I have tried solutions for both problems without any luck.
