Microsoft CA - Create Server and client certs

Good Day,
This question should be very old, but I just cannot find any information on this:
My question is as follows: :
Can you create server and client certs in the microsoft CA Store for linux client and linux servers without them being enrolled on the system. Is this possible, and do anyone have a know how of it?
