Hello anybody,
I am newbie here and with openVPN at all, but I think I found bug and since forum does not allow me to search before ask (too common words, too short), not sure, if this is already solved.
I read some HOWTO, made first working example and after that, I tried to set up GUI.
Command-line and even context menu way to run connection worked, but no luck with GUI, for hours and hours.
After trying almost everything (diff. OS, comps, network, etc), I found the problem is verbosity 9.
My .ovpn file is almost the sample one, as an IT, I changed verb 3 to verb 9 just to see everything and THAT was the reason GUI cannot connect. After changing it back to 3 (server and client), it works fine.
Where to submit bug - verbosity 9 gui

Same thing in my case (Server with 500 clients with subnets behind).
Tested with verb 3, server running OK, with verb 9 it repeat connecting management interface, and never finish...
Is there some workarund? When testing, I beelive it is better to have it all (status records) then miss something?
