Not sure how to export certs for Yealink VoIP phone

I have the OpenVPN appliance that I setup and I have it working so far as I can tell with the desktop client. I have a Yealink VoIP phone that I want to connect to my asterisk system. It has an embedded client that needs a specific config and some certs and a key. Also do I need to create a user or no? If yes, do I just create the local user on the system then add it to the openvpn users as auto-login?
