Connecting problem

Hi,
I should connect to University lab, but I can't. I installed the openvpn-2.0.9/ 2.1.1/ 2.2.1 and 2.2.2 versions, and I works on Win 7, 64 bit.
I closely follow the instructor's orders and copy all configuration files to the "OpenVPN configuration file directory", afterwards I click the "Connect" and there is some bug "Connecting to X has failed".
I send the printscreen.
