Up and Down script to prevent multi login

Hello is there any expert who can help me for up and down script to disable users from multi login with the same username.
Im using auth-user-pass-verify script it's an mysql based users are via database. but i believe i can prevent multi login by using up and down script by connect and disconnect is there anyone who can help me? thanks in advanced.
