OpenVPN server on windows authentication method use LDAPS

Hello,

I am now in OpenVPN, I have configure OpenVPN server on my win 2008 R2 server working fine.

I want to use my windows AD server "LDAPS" service for users authentication.
I read many posts but not found any suit for my scenario, is anybody aware that how can it will work?
