Bug: Drive other letter rather than C

The system is installed on other drive (it is established through the existing system) and has a disk E letter, but not C, as expected, therefore there is a mistake (screenshot), and the iphlpapi.dll file is looked for not on the way of e:\windows\system32\iphlpapi.dll, rather than c:\windows\system32\iphlpapi.dll
Система установлена на другой диск (установлена через существующую систему) и имеет букву диска E, а не C, как ожидается, поэтому происходит ошибка (скриншот), и файл iphlpapi.dll ищется не по пути e:\windows\system32\iphlpapi.dll, а c:\windows\system32\iphlpapi.dll
