There appears to be no changelog published for those changes specific to the Windows version as indicated by, for example, 2.4.0-I601 to 2.4.0-I602. Were there security vulnerabilities fixed? I have read that these versions typically update the SSL program. I read that "Installer version I602 includes OpenSSL 1.0.2k. For full details, see the changelog." Are there security vulnerabilities fixed? A published changelog letting me know either way would be informative.
Thanks

Re: OpenVPN for Windows changelog for "I-60x"
The only change between Openvpn-2.4.0-I601 to -I602 was Openssl-1.0.2i to -1.0.2k

The developers are also considering adding git tags with the I60x indicator, thanks for spotting this.
