WINDOWS: OpenVPN GUI is not touch friendly

The systray icon for OpenVPN GUI (on windows 10) doesn't respond to touch screen events.

Having to switch to touchpad on keyboard just to open this menu is really annoying

Yeah .. things can get Really Annoying
