Sync Connections between multiple servers.

It would be nice to be able to sync connection data between multiple openvpn servers in a similar fashion to what pf does with pfsync. In this way, it would be possible to use something like CARP to provide seamless fail-over for OpenVPN without clients losing their connection to the VPN.
