OpenVPN speed reply and communication with the clients

Hey everybody,

I had this question in my mind from a pretty time, i was wondering, if there was a way to increase the response of the OpenVPN Communication , to be more clearer :

If i've got many clients in my system( network) and i got one machine server, the openvpn server will listen to all the other clients, and if it would be many data or informations which would be transferred, i mean, HERE where we will need to have a stable communication and surely quicker, .... when i say quicker, i'm talking about a 1 seconde scale for example , which i think is consequent in data communication ....

So please, what do you think about this problematic ?
