Client Auto-Connect Network Include/Exclude

Like VyprVPN's "Auto Connect on Unknown Wi-Fi Networks".
Perhaps an IFTTT where IF new network connection occurs AND that connection is in the "included" list OR NOT in the "excluded" list, THEN start the VPN connection.

On a side note, I was looking around for a way to automatically connect to an open/free/public wifi while walking around, but haven't seen a way yet. I figure it's a security issue, but if you've got a VPN going on, then it doesn't become much of an issue anymore I would think.
