Correction: Would like to have Open VPN for Windows 8.1 phone / Windows 10 phone. Yes, I already use Open VPN on my Surface PRO 3 Windows 10. I would like to have it for my Windows phone, also. Sorry for the error.

Avast AV offers VPN for $20.00 (US) per year. If you could better that with a $20.00 lifetime, free upgrade(s), unlimited instrument offer, I would do that.

I was considering the business costs to bring such a product to the Microsoft Windows Phone platform ..
