I use this : push "dhcp-option DNS 10.10.100.100"
push "dhcp-option DOMAIN domain.local."
I search for other option like the option 66 for tftp server.
It is possible?

this is not possible without changing the openvpn sources; a long time ago somebody proposed a patch to allow arbitrary DHCP options to be specified, but that never made it into the code base.
