How should I go about 'undo' ing all I've done here?

My hosting provider doesn't provide snapshots or backup aside from an image I could 'dd' from should I ever decide to take the time to, which I don't.

I followed this [1] tutorial to try to get my VPN up, but it failed. Aside from the standard 'aptitude purge', what else would I need to do to completely undo all that was done during that tutorial? I'm a noob regarding certs, etc.

I have an nginx running a few separate CRMs that I'd prefer to not have to rebuild the whole server.
