Not IT and not familiar with OpenVPN. I've tried logging out and in again. Definitely connected to the internet. Working remotely and my IT folks are unsure what's happening. I'm also working with a new OS so I'm beyond frustrated at this point. I'm working at a hotel in a conference room, away from my home network. I really have tried to figure this out, but much of what's in the forums is over my head (I'm a content developer - again, not IT). I have used a VPN before but it was always as simple as clicking the icon an signing in. Any help is appreciated. Here is the message I'm getting:
