My home internet connection works fine and I get the following answer from my seedbox company:
Regarding VPN it's working just fine on the server, please check attached file. In the log you have attached it states,

"Wed May 10 01:30:44 2017 TLS Error: TLS key negotiation failed to occur within 60 seconds (check your network connectivity)
Wed May 10 01:30:44 2017 TLS Error: TLS handshake failed"

It's an issue on your local machine which we are unfortunately unable to debug, please raise your inquiry directly in the OpenVPN forum: https://forums.openvpn.net/
Could you advise me what to do ?

Thanks in advance,

The server I'm trying to connect is roserade.tal0ne.co.uk (provided by my seedbox company). Everything is working fine (e.g rutorrent, ftp services, etc), except of the vpn service they provide me (almost 2 last years without any problem).

Reading Howto won't help. I had the connection issue, but it solved after a week and I did not do anything. Just like that.

If you read the Howto and learn how openvpn works you will understand why we cannot help you. The only people who can help are those to whom you pay for the service.

Talk to the service providers. These guys won't be able to help you out.
