PIA: OpenVPN connects but no internet after first few minutes

Hi, I've been using OpenVPN to connect to PIA on my Raspberry Pi 3 for some time now, and it's been great, but recently it has stopped working. I am running Ubuntu MATE 16.04 with network-manager-openvpn1.1.93-1ubuntu1.1 installed. What happens is after a couple of minutes of connecting to any of the PIA servers, all internet traffic stops and seems to be getting blocked.

Hoping someone here can help me get this thing back up and running.
