evoseedbox open vpn wont connect

hi i am new to this but i got openvpn with my evoseedbox and for 3 months it has been working fine but over the last few days it wont connect. i have done nothing new it just says management state with numbers next to it. i have reinstalled it also and downloaded new client info that evo pointed me to in the first place.. any ideas would be great
