Is the DH (diffe-heilman) key necessary given properly created certs/keys?

Wondering if the dh key can be skipped if using propertly created certs/keys. I'm using XCA to create my certs/keys.

Using XCA means using X509-certificates, ... - so yes, dh is necessary -> security...
