Cannot connect to vpn server

Cannot connect to vpn server

Hello,

I had open vpn on my windows 10 for a couple of weeks and was working fine. until yesterday it suddenly cannot connect to the servers.
the following is the message

I am just downloading the server config from vpngate. do you mean my network provider or what? Thanks.
