Fastest and Most Stable Openvpn Server

I wonder if anyone can point me in the right direction, I have Openvpn Connect, Openvpn Spider and Openvpn for Android all work ok I think, without being able to check thoroughly, but when I connect to any of the free servers around the world you can never be sure how long they will stay up or how stable and fast the are. Even VPNgate appears to go up and down like a whores ...... Now before someone suggests that with free you have to live with these 'features' OK I accept, but, why put them up if they are going to be so unreliable. Has anyone tried the Amazon cloud VPN facility and if so would appreciate any comments, if you do know a fast and stable VPN server please indicate your help would be greatly appreciated.
