Exclude ports?

Exclude ports?

Basically I want to be able to access port 9091 from outside my network and at the moment it's all going through OpenVPN which means I can't. I tried this guide https://forum.linode.com/viewtopic.php? ... 11f#p50114 but it didn't work.
